Switzerland’s Federal Shooting Festival — held every four years — brings 36,000 marksmen and 100,000 visitors to the capital of Graubünden. On the Official Day, the Patrouille Suisse performs a 20-minute aerobatic display over the Rossboden grounds at 13:30, preceded by a grand parade through Chur’s historic old town.

Wings & Friends Grenchen brings together vintage aircraft, warbirds, and modern aviation at one of Switzerland’s most welcoming airfields. A two-day celebration of flight — static displays, flying demonstrations, and rare aircraft up close.
Special highlights: the legendary Junkers F 13 — the world’s first all-metal passenger aircraft — alongside the Antonov An-2, the largest single-engine biplane ever built, and the F/A-18 Hornet of the Swiss Air Force.
One of the last seasons of the Patrouille Suisse F-5E Tiger II makes every Swiss airshow in 2026 a historic event.

The ProAero JULA — Switzerland’s aviation youth camp — brings young aviation enthusiasts to Samedan Airfield, the highest airport in Europe at 1,707 metres above sea level. The 2026 edition featured a full Swiss Air Force display programme: the PC-7 Team with precision formation flying, two F/A-18 Hornet low-level passes, the Super Puma helicopter display, and paratroopers from close range. A rare opportunity to photograph Swiss military aviation in an intimate alpine setting — five kilometres from home.

St.Gallen-Altenrhein Airport celebrated 100 years of aviation history with a major anniversary airshow from 28 to 30 August 2026. A three-day event drawing between 50,000 and 100,000 visitors, combining historic and static aircraft exhibitions with a full flying programme over Lake Constance.
The highlight of Saturday 29 August: the Patrouille Suisse performed their aerobatic display between 14:50 and 15:30 — one of the final shows of the F-5E Tiger II before the team’s retirement in 2027. Alongside: formation flights, Super Puma helicopter display, paratroopers, and historic aircraft from the airport’s century of aviation.
Der Flugplatz St.Gallen-Altenrhein blickt auf 100 bewegte Jahre zurück — eine Geschichte voller Pioniergeist, Leidenschaft für die Luftfahrt und tiefer Verbundenheit mit der Region. Ein dreitägiges Volksfest mit Airshows, historischen Ausstellungen und Begegnungen am Bodensee.
Die Vorführung der Patrouille Suisse fand am Samstag, 29. August 2026 zwischen 14:50 und 15:30 Uhr statt — einer der letzten Auftritte der F-5E Tiger II vor dem Abschied der Staffel 2027.
